Physio-Led Pilates

Pilates reconditions the body from the central core. It focuses on flexibility, stability, efficient movement and good posture. It is beneficial for everyone, but is also helpful for treating and preventing recurrence of low back pain and other injuries that require physiotherapy.

Places limited to 10 max per class, to ensure individual attention. Tuition by Chartered Physiotherapist trained to advanced level by the APPI (Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute).

 

Beginner/Intermediate Classes

Mondays            (9.15 am – 10.15 am)

Wednesdays     (9.45 am – 10.45 am)

Thursdays         (9.45 am – 10.45 am)

 

Classes for Bone Health – including those with osteoporosis

Mondays            (10.30 am – 11.30 am)

Wednesdays     (11 am – 12 noon)
